Launching Live Publish

After installing Live Publish, Word adds a link to Live Publish in the Microsoft Word ribbon. Depending on the version of Microsoft Word you are using, Live Publish is available in a few places.

Microsoft Word 2016 (current version)

  1. Open Microsoft Word and select an existing document or create a new one.
  2. In the Ribbon, select the Add-ins tab.
  3. Click Live Publish.

Microsoft Word 2016 (previous version) & Microsoft Word 2013

  1. Open Microsoft Word and select an existing document or create a new one.
  2. In the Ribbon, select the Insert tab.
  3. Select the My Add-ins button and click on Live Publish for Word.
